Bastiaan Woudt’s (b. 1987) Mukono, on display at Jackson Fine Art, Atlanta, tracks the story of a community in Uganda. By documenting individuals and the water resources in the region, the series offers deeply personal narratives through portraiture and still life. Each image delicately responds to social and economic issues whilst evoking a signature style, in which abstraction is combined with a sharp focus on detail. From 13 July.
